If it's off the plug I'd take the opportunity to get some epoxy and really put it on right. I use super glue gel and epoxy to attach all my corals and once it's set you need a hammer and chisel to separate them. Make a small ball of epoxy, put a dab of gel on top, and jam the end of the frag into it. Shape the epoxy around the base of the coral then put another dab of gel on the bottom and jam that into your live rock or frag plug. Use your finger to smooth the epoxy again and hold everything together for a minute.
The gel glue makes the initial bond and allows the epoxy time to cure. Once that happens your corals aren't going anywhere. Also, using a little ball of epoxy get the base off the coral up off the frag plug so that when it's time to stick it on some rock you simply cut the epoxy off with some diagonal cutters and you're coral comes off cleanly. I usually wait until a coral has started to encrust the epoxy then simply cut it off, make up another tiny ball of epoxy, dab of gel on top and bottom, and attach the coral to a rock.
