Orange O ring

Roger:

One of my 6 Tunze streams has an o-ring ( I think that is the right part name ) that has become stretched out. The O-ring no longer sits in the groove and makes getting the cowl or cover off and on a major undertaking. I have put the cowl back on without the O-ring and it seems to function fine, but I am sure it was on there for a reason so I need to see how I can get a replacement part and what the cost would be.

Thanks for your response in advance.

Hi Gary,

The red oring seal you mention would be part number 3000.020 you can order this part through any Tunze dealer or if you are are based in the USA can also order direct from Roger "Rvitko"
The part is a couple of dollars US.

Graeme

Thanks Graeme - then if I can get Roger's attention I need him to invoice me for one and ship it out. He is very close to me and that will likely be the quickest and easiest for me. Thanks again for the reply.

On the Stream it is mainly just there to prevent any rattling noise from the cover and is not a critical part. Pm me your address and email if you want me to just email you an invoice. Tunze.com orders come direct to me as well.
