uhhh about more than a year. they are really slow growers.

Mine grow at a steady pace. They tend to grow 2-3 new polyps a month.

No, just 20k 400w SE HQI Helios bulb. Everything in my reef seems to love it. Everything would most likly grow faster if I kept my Alk stable.
