Orange Plate coral retracting

ticklem

Ok so I have had this orange plate coral for some time now and it seems like ever since I moved it from my 20L to my 40 breeder which was the beginning of this year it has not bee the same. The only thing that is diffrent is the bulb combo I used. I dropped my GE6500 and went with a ATI aquablue special and ATI purple plus for my daylights. Might be the cause because of the loss of orange spectrum but I have an orange digitata that is doing great and orange montipora that is doing good too. Any help would be appreciated. Oh and my puple/Green plate is doing great.

This is it in the 20L

Here is is in the 40 Breeder basically an orange skeleton its not really getting worse no loss of tissue but it has been like this for months now.

not good its showing skeleton its probably mad about the light or something is bothering it, do any of your fish pick at it or do you have any crabs?

It has been like that for several months now so I mean its not going to die it just dosn't look happy and it not very easy to feed. I did end up moving my cleaner shrimp to the sump because every lick of food I tried to feed the plate the shrimp picked out. I think I will try feeding it and putting a glass over it to make sure it is getting food for the next couple weeks and see if that makes a diffrence.

I might try and get a GE 6500 and replace my aquablue special and just see if that makes a diffrence.

Yeah I was thinking about putting it in a cave and see if that helps. I guess it could be too much light but the lighting intensity really didn't change from tank to tank.

Ok well I took the plate out and put him in dish to feed him some mysis and it formed enough skin to swallow what I put in there and put it back in the tank. I think a couple weeks of that and it should be fine.
