orbit bulbs broken help

i orderd a 72 inch 6x96w orbit pc fixture and both of the antnic bulbs wernet worken so i went out and bought 1 new bulb and it works but anyway i can get 2 new bulbs otherwise everything eles is good???

Hi,

I'm confused, the bulbs were broken or not broken? If they were not broken and just not firing, can you try putting them in place where the daylights are see if they fire in there?

1 bulb was shatterd the other just not fireing in eaither spot i went out and bought 1 new one to test it and it works fine so 1 bulb is defctive i guess and 1 borken
