I placed an order this weekend and was assured that it would ship today but I have not received a tracking number. I requested it be held for pickup at FedEx which is an hour trip each way for me so I would like to know it will be there before I leave in the morning.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry that your rock order didn’t ship out as planned. However, you had requested for it to be sent overnight to you, but we didn’t receive an additional payment of $24.00 through PayPal until after our cut-off time for shipping yesterday. We can still ship it overnight to you today so you will receive it tomorrow at the FedEx hold facility. Please let me know if that is convenient and I will set it up for you. I did want to let you know that our facility did not have any of the 15lb Un-Cured Premium Live Rock Rubble (Tonga) available at this time. You will only be receiving the Fiji Premium Quality Un-Cured Live Rock (Fiji) at this time. We have refunded the appropriate cost adjustments to your account.
