All,

I was checking to see why my package wasn't delivered today and the tracking shows it was sent back to you guys because the package was damaged and is now held at the UPS facility in Indy.

Let me know when and how this will be reshipped. Thanks for your continued great customer support.

I think this should have been communicated through email directly to them. this is not an issue with the vendor but with the shipping company.

Sorry I didn't see your message until later in the day, I didn't get a chance to get in our forum here much yesterday. Glad we got it taken care of for you!
