Hello,

I placed this order on saturday. I emailed Requesting a wednesday delivery. Hoping to maybe add a fish to it today and i started my new job today and getting away tomorrow will not be possible.

You emailed back saying no problem the order is scheduled for Wednesday delivery. then 2 hrs later i get a email saying that my order had shipped with tracking info, what is up with this?

I have always had excellence experiences with Drfosters and LA.

Thank you for your post and your recent order. We apologize that it was indicated in the email to you that we could guarantee this change to be made. Generally when an order has already been sent to our vender for shipping and a change is requested, we will try our best to contact the facility and make the change. However, as they start shipping these orders quite early in the morning, there is no guarantee that the changes will be made. Please feel free on future orders to ask for the order to be held open until the day of shipping, to allow for any possible changes or additions. Again we do apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you.
