I received my order today, ( order ##A2649877-1þ)finally after FEDEX had some issues and delayed sending to me for 2 days. I ordered a DD Naso Tang, Blue Pipe Organ and the 5 pack of LE Acros. I have ordered a few times before and am always impressed with the packaging and the little things like using styorfoam on the Acro plugs to ensure the acros stay inverted in the water all the time. Well, unfortunately, the weather and delay got the best of the shipment this time. The Tang arrived DOA, the pipe organ doesn't look good at all and 3 of the Acros are bleached pretty well. I also ordered a DD Squamosa Clam and he has opened up and looks to be doing ok. The funny thing about it is, I ordered 4 Anthias the same day from the California facility and those arrived next day with no issues although not before noon as promised by FEDEX priority overnight. (beautiful fish by the way).
I look forward to ordeing again but I don't think I will be ordering this close to Christmas ever again.

Chris,

Thank you for your post and recent order with Drs. Foster and Smith’s LiveAquaria. We apologize for the condition that this order has arrived to you. We have placed a credit to your customer file for the Naso Blonde Tang and the three frags that did not make it, as well as a credit for the priority shipping on this order. This credit can be used on any future orders with Drs. Foster and Smith or placed back to your credit card if you would like. Please continue to keep an eye on the Pipe Organ Coral and keep us updated as to its well-being. We are glad to hear that the Squamosa Clam and the Anthias are acclimating well to your aquarium and hope that they will make excellent additions to your aquarium.

Well, unfortunately, the pipe organ coral has not done anything and is definitely dead. Also one of the 2 Acros I had left bleached out over night. Luckily the clam is doing good and a bright neon Acro looks to still be going strong.

Can you please check to see if you will be having any other blue pipe organs in the DD anytime soon and also any Blonde Nasos? Otherwise I will be ordering from the regular side of LA next week.
Thanks!

Chris,

Thank you for your post. We sincerely apologize for the loss of the Pipe Organ Coral and the frag. We have placed a credit on your account for the cost of these items.

We will check with our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facility to see if we have any blue Pipe Organ Corals or Blonde Naso Tangs in quarantine. We will post back on Monday as our facility is closed on the weekends.

Chris,

We appreciate your patience while we looked into the availability of the specimens. According to our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facility, we expect to be having additional Blue/Green Pipe Organ Corals available within the next few weeks.

Unfortunately, we do not plan on having any Blonde Naso Tangs available for ordering in the near future. If you would like to receive notifications of new items added to our Diver’s Den, we invite you to sign up for our Diver's Den E-mail Alerts. If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to let us know.
