Order address problem

Hi last night i placed an order for a friend but the system when we tried to put my address as a shipping address it didnt let me do that my friend wants me to receive the order since all that he has is a po box and im the one who is going to install all the equipment on his tank please let me know what i can do before the order ships out from your warehouse i have tried several times to contac Jose Fontao at marine depot with no luck or Walter at extensions #63 and 60 i've been doing business with marine depot with well over a year this is the first time that this happens the order number is 100178377 to the name of Enrique Carbonell he used an american express credit card i know because i was the one who placed the order for him.

Thank you for yuor post, your order has already shipped out to you, It has left our offices this mornining. It is being shipped to the shipping addresss that you provided via USPS. Your order should take about 3-5 business days to reach you. I do apologize for not being readily available to recieve your calls. Thanks Walter yes i have tried several several times to contac you and left you a message before the order shipped out but with no luck so we could have resolved this the problem is that the order was sent to a PO BOX and i wanted to change the shipping address to my house so i there will somebody looking after the order but now i have to check out the post office for the package for him since he cant be checking that all the time(He is a doctor not much time on his hands) im going to setup his tank and i recomended him to marine depot man i already told him that the items were going to be sent to my home(I've done this before)now i have to break him the news that the order will be sent to his po box lets see what happens.
