I need to know how my pump is progressing ? I can get the pump or not ?
I had send many mail to coustomercare@ for 3 days still not any reply.

Thank you for your post, my records indicate that Daniel attempted to contact you by email on 2/10 regarding the pump that is on your order, I apologize if you did not receive that email. We have recently replied to an email we received from you on February 16 at 9:18 pm that states the following information...

"Thank you for contacting Marinedepot.com.We sent an email a few days ago updating you on the status of your order. I do apologize if you did not receive it. Unfortunately, we are unable to get the Red Dragon pump for you as it has been discontinued. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with your order without the pump, or if you would prefer to cancel the order. We look forward to your reply. If there is anything else we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to contact us for support."

At the moment we are waiting for your reply on how you wish to proceed with your current order. If you wish to cancel your pending order or proceed with your order without the pump please let me know I'll be more than happy to take care of it for you.

Thanks for your reply, I sent a request to cancel your order and refund the amount that was paid. Unfortunately we are only able to refund the amount that was paid on the order, any service charges or fees that are charged to you come directly from PayPal. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately we are unable to refund service charges that are charged to you by PayPal. Those service charges are charged to you by PayPal under their terms and conditions when the service is used. I would be more than happy to extend a $25.00 store credit on future purchases on to your Marine Depot account.

Thanks for your care,my first chose always on Marinedepot of couse I know the service charge it's for Paypal but the point is why I can send the order and checkout then somebody told me sorry you can't get your order (what's funny).

however I don't want the talk more about that ,I agree the clears up misunderstandings like you said. how can I use the store credit on future any code for me ?

Thanks for the response, When you place your order online please be sure to make a notation on your order in the order comments field that you have a store credit available. Once we receive your order my accounting team will make the monetary adjustments to your order.

I got my bill yesterday refund from Marinedepot I got it ,but the service change it's add into my bill again (US$25.00),so I think my store credit can be add $25.00 to $50.00 right ?

As previously mentioned, we are unable to refund service charges that are charged to you by PayPal. Those service charges are charged to you by PayPal under their terms and conditions when the service is used, unfortunately I am unable to extend an additional $25.00 store credit for any additional service charges you encountered using their services. I suggest that you contact PayPal directly at www.Paypal.com regarding the service charges you are encountering. I again apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.

Thank you for the response, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed. Those service charges from PayPal may be from the money exchange rate, since you are an international customer. I am not sure if they charge for that service but it would be worth looking into as mentioned before you will need to contact them directly.
