I did not receive an shipment or delivery confirmation notice and I am in dire need of this pump for my 9002. When should I expect to receive it?

I have your order, we generally do not email any confirmation info, however I intended to email you this afternoon. As you may have seen on the site, this pump is no longer a regular stock item, they have gotten harder to get as a result as they are being allotted only for replacement of existing pumps and not sold as just a general powerhead as in the past. I am out of them until Friday, we will get some in then and I will fill your order that day, it will ship UPS ground. Your tank should be fine if you just do small weekly water changes and run some carbon, I will get the pump out as soon as I can.

Roger, rec'd pump today. I had to close up the air nozzle quite a bit. This pump has some power compared to the old one.
