Bought a used osmolator and it was tested before I paid for it. I decided to give it a bath, clean the parts. Now, when I plug in the controller, the red led light 'too high' is on and so is the warning sound.
According to the manual, it could be:
a) too much water - nope, running it dry
b) water level increased because you inserted your hand - no again
c) float ring of the sensor was turned 180 degrees during last cleaning. - not sure what this means, I didn't touch the float sensor, only the operating sensor. I pulled it out of the plastic holder and cleaned it.
d) safety sensor or controller is defective - I hope it isn't the controller. I don't know how to check the safety sensor.
Any suggestions on what is wrong?
