Osmolator 3155 problems

I have been running an osmolator for approximately 2 years now and with great results. About six weeks ago, the pump started to make a grinding noise and I replaced it with a new one. Today the new pump does not work at all. The green and yellow lights are both one and then flash three times and then the yellow stays on but no water is pumped (and of course the water level is way below the sensor) I have tried to remove air from the pump but none was present. I cleaned the sensor that didn't help. I unplugged it hoping to reset but nithing has helped. Any other suggestions?

No. The connection looks pretty clean. Is there anyway to open the pumps itself to see what is going on. I am very puzzled by it as it has worked great for months and then all of a sudden it fails. The new pump never made any unusual noises but just simply quit working. I did notice this morning that the bottom red light now flashes intermittently as well.
I could try to clean the connectors anyway just to make sure. Any recommendations on how to do that.

I would just buy a new connector at radio shack but if they aren't rusty no reason to. The latest pumps have a double seal so they should be pretty tough. Can you send it to me? The bottom red light just means ten minutes are up. Either the pump is bad or the relay in the controller went bad. The pump cannot be opened.
