osmolator 3155 pump

Roger,

I've got an osmolator 3155 unit on my tank currently and the pump has gone out on me. The yellow light comes on, but the pump makes no attempt at turning on. I checked the connections, the water level in the reservoir is fine, and the voltage level on the transformer is set at 9V. I read the technical info on the Tunze website, and now I'm not sure if it's the transformer or the pump. Please help.

It is the pump. I can send you one as a warranty replacement but it is not possible before Monday. We are closed tomorrow and we finished shipping for the day. PM me your address.

while roger cames by, do you have a multi-meter, it will tell you if its the transformer or the pump, good luck,
