I would like to know if your osmo water level controler can be set to a norm/open config., to turn off return pump from sump.Thankyou

No, the Water Level Alarm 7607/2 is what we offer for that purpose. It turns off the pump if the tank over fills or the sump runs dry and sounds an alarm. You get an alarm only if the sump runs too high.
