Osmolator again

Just noticed two people with exactly the same problem in the last two days. That is too much for a rather expensive piece of equipment. being in Australia I had to wait three weeks to get the replacement on the first osmolator unit I have had. So i guess my history with osmolators is not the best. On average out of six months owning it at least one month it was non-operational in some form r the other. Too bad

Yes and one of those two got water on it and it was repaired with electronics cleaner, I have yet to get the second one back. We sell literally thousands of these units a year and hardly any ever come back. I am sorry for your experience but it is not the usual.
 
I'm pretty sure that I am the second person that had the problem. I just wanted to say that I am still very happy with Tunze products. I have two tunze streams and an osmolator and I will definately buy more of their products in the future. The biggest selling point to me is their customer service. I have never had a problem that was not taken care of immediately.

Unfortunately in this hobby things are going to fail. That is what happens when you mix electronics and water.
