Osmolator alarm won't shut off

My osmolator is stuck on alarm mode and all modes are lit up, I have tried power cycling it and cleaning all floats an pump. Heeelp

The most common cause of this would be water damage to the controller, are you sure it did not get wet? How old is it? Have you checked that the float is not stuck in the up position by either magnetic field or a foreign object?

Do you have any reason to think it may have gotten wet? If you send it in, I may be able to repair it, but not if it got wet, then the only option is a replacement controller so shipping would be an unnesecary expense.

I don't believe it got wet, where should I send it to? And do you need the whole unit or just the control box? It's the best ato I've ever used until now

hello,
this happened to be about a year ago.

I left the float thing in vinegar mix for about 10 hours, rinsed it, and put it back on and it worked, might be worth the shot before sending it for service :)

Tunze USA, 305 Victor St, Austin, TX 78753, the best would be to include the power supply and pump as occasionally a fault in one of these parts can cause what seems to be a controller problem, the power is weak or the pump is dying and taking too much power to run.

As for what Allmost said, a good definitive test if it could be cleaned is to dry the sensor completely, if it looks hazy or feels rough, like dried salt, then a longer soak may fix it.
