Osmolator and Aquacontroller II. With this work??

I plan to dose Kalkwasser using a Nilsen Reactor connected to the Osmolator. I also want to control the output with an aquacontroller. Basically the Osmolator/Reactor will work as normal and top-off the tank. If the PH crosses a specific threashold the Aquacontroller will turn the Osmolator pump off. What effects will this have on the oslomolator other than the obvious(no top-off). Will the unit go into alarm? Any info would be great.

Thanks John

The biggest problem is it may never top off and it will defeat the third safety of time out since every time you turn it off you reset the timer. I wouldn't do this. It would be smarter to use the osmolator as recommended and use the controller to turn on CO2 to a Calcium Reactor when pH is excessive. Nielsen reactors are rarely strong enough to meet demand and should be seen as an adjunct to a calcium reactor and not a replacement.
