osmolator- bubbles on sensor ..

I have an osmolator universal, I think it is 3155 ?? It works great but when I came in today after work , my sump was full . I noticed some small microbubbles on the bottom sensor . I think this is what caused the problem . Is there any way to keep micro-bubbles from sticking to the sensor ? If not what would be the best way to protect the sensor from the bubbles . I can't see them in the sump , so they have to be very small . But they seem to collect on the sensor untill it is enuff to make the osmolator pump too much water into the sump . the bubbles only seem to stick to the tunze equipment in my sump .

Weird ...

Any suggestions ?

If it is a new osmolator, this is kind of normal, new plastic is hydrophobic and this property allows air to stick in preference to water and is the same reason a new skimmer doesn't work quite right. If you rinse it with warm water and maybe some detergent- rinse very well. It should eliminate this, it also will go away on it's own in a few days.
