I just got my osmolator hooked up for the first time and it seemed to be working great for a few minutes. The water was topped and all. Then the pump came on and just stayed on the water level went above the water level sensor and it stayed on. I put the pump in the sump so it would not add anymore freshwater and so I could mess with it. I tries to clean the sensor and still the pump is on. The pump on light is on and the green light at the same time.

Please help!!

Is this a brand new osmolator? The pump on light and sensor light should be on together for about 10 sec. The pump is supposed to run after detecting a fill for a brief time. It is very sensitive to micro bubbles so you need to check for bubbles in the sump. You also should rinse the sensor in hot soapy water when it is new as new plastic will repel water and air will cling to it.

Hey Roger is there anyway you work out something with me to fix this problem I have. Your company is in NO way responsible for this since I got this used, but it seems your the only one who can help me out. I am pretty sure it is the main part that the sensors plug into.

Thanks.

Send it to me. If it is less than 2yrs from production it still is under warranty.

Awesome! I am not sure if it is but according to the party I got this from it was only 6 weeks old. It seems to be brand new by looking at it. I will send it to you and thanks for your time.
