Osmolator high water sensor failed again

I had the older one and the same thing happen so I brought this the newer model and few years ago.
Now the same thing happen? It's seal so I tried cleaning but from time to time it still fails to sense the high water.
I was smart enough from the last time to install another backup shut off which saved my a** . Not going repeat a kalk dump again.

Question is anyone know what I can do to repair?

Can you clarify what failed? The float switch is the backup (high level alarm switch) and should shut it off unless it is installed incorrectly so a siphon occurred. I cannot recall in the 12 years of the 3155 a float switch failure unless it was physically damaged.

What happens from time to time the unit fails and will empty the whole reservoir into my sump. I added a float switch to the shut off the power to prevent this.

The sensors are all sealed so there are no moving parts that i can see.I can not find any physically damage to the sensors and the reservoir level with the sump.

Is it possible that the reservoir water level is above the end of the hose creating a siphon? The float could not stop this. See Situation 3.

Please send it in. Include the controller, pump and power supply and a note with your return address and phone number.
