Osmolator is not working properly

Hi,

I've got an osmolator with an optic sensor that sometimes doesn't work. Last week I was out on vacation and the water level was below that optic sensor and the green light was on as if the water level was ok. Several times the sump level was too low and the red light was on as if there's no RO water. Every time I refill the RO tank I check to see if the pump as no air in.

Try cleaning the sensor by soaking it in vinegar. What you describe is either a bad sensor or a dirty one.
