Osmolator issues on large system, turbulent sump?

Will there be any problems using an osmolator on a 1000 gal system with significant turbulence in the sump?

Two possible issues occurred to me:

1) When I ran a freshwater plumbing test last week, the sump had about 3/4" of surface chop due to turbulence. It seems like this might confuse the water level sensor.

2) If I recall correctly, the metering pump will automatically shut off after 10 minutes of continuous operation. Depending on the pump's dosing rate and the water level change needed to activate the sensor, 10 minutes of dosing may not be sufficient to raise the water level from low back to in range. What is the osmolator behavior if it cannot attain level before pump cutoff?

The turblence is not ideal but it should work provided there are no air bubbles. You likely can devise a baffle around the sensors.

In case the included pump isn't fast enough you can buy the switched socket and use a more powerful pump of your choice. After 10 minutes it shuts down and has to be manually reset by disconnecting the power.
