Osmolator magnets

Considering the purchase of an osmolator. I was wondering how strong the magnets are? What is the max thickness they will work? Are the oldstyle mounts packaged as well?

The reason I ask this is that I run a rubbermaid sump and was wondering if the mag mount will hold through it.

Using the Osmolator magnets on a 1/4" acrylic thick walled sump and plenty of holding power, could probably do 3/8". A rubbermaid tub would be no problem.

My sump is 3/8" acrylic and have no problem with the magnets holding the sensor.

They work on up to 3/4" the rails are now a separate accessory.
