I just got a new Osmolator and Calcium Dispenser. I've set it up per the instructions and filled the topoff container about half full with RODI water and filled the Ca Dispenser full of RODI (for now) as well. I decided to test it before installing on my tank. After getting the air out of the pump, I turned it on and it shortly began pumping water. But the pump noise is going to be a major problem - it sounds like a model airplane engine! It starts off quiet but quickly builds up steam and is just plain loud.
Is this normal? Is there something wrong? What can I do?
Thanks,
Brad
