Osmolator not working

I unplugged my osmolator to do a water change today and when I plugged it back in I got a green light and a flashing red (too low) light... That's all it does. It won't top off. It's only about 6 months old. What can I do?

The most likely culprits are that the controller got wet, or something was moved that creates an electromagnetic field and is affecting the controller. I would double check that it did not get wet, water damage is not repairable and the only option will be buying a replacement controller unit 5017. I would also be sure the controller is not closer to a magnet, ballast, wireless controller or LED driver than it was before. If it is neither of these, if you send it in we will repair it under warranty, include the controller, pump, power supply and a note with your return address and phone number.
