Osmolator problem?

I have an Osmolator that should still be under warrenty and the unit will not power up. I would guess it is the power supply? any way to check this so I don't have to send the entire unit to tunzy?

You could check that the power supply is putting out 9-12V DC with a volt meter. I would still need to get the power supply back if it was the culprit to be sure it did not fail due to water damage.
