Osmolator Pump problem

Pump has been working great for the past 9 to 12 months but noticed today that it has stopped pumping right, it will not pump water out of my 55gal barrel. Anything I can do to fix this or do I need to new pump?

You can try soaking in vinegar if its been in kalk, otherwise these pumps can not be serviced as they are sealed units, they generally last 1-3 years from my experience

As Graeme said, they have a 2 year warranty provided they were not used in kalk. I would also try the following test to confirm it is indeed the pump, touch the bare wires of the pump to a 9V battery, polarity does not matter. If it doesn't come on, we can be sure it is the pump.
