Osmolator Pump

I've had the Tunze Osmolator for about 2 years now. My sensors are working, meaning the lights correctly light up when they should and what not when the level drops, etc. However, once the light goes on for pump on, as it's supposed to when I'm below the sensor level, the pump isn't going on anymore to bring it back to propper level. There's either something wrong with the pump itself or with the wiring going from the control box to the pump. Is there a fix to clean the pump, or do I need a new one? Any other thoughts on things I should test? To me it seems like everything from the sensors to the control box seem fine. Thanks!

The pump is a sealed unit, it cannot be repaired or cleaned but they are relatively inexpensive and they usually only last 2 years about, 3 at most. The wiring can corrode, it can wick in water and oxidize inside the insulation, the euro connector terminal can also corrode, either culprit can reduce the power getting to the pump to the point it won't run.
