Osmolator questions

So I purchased the Osmolator for use in my ATO setup and after reading the posts here on the subject I still have some questions.

1. I see that its best to add water to the main tank and not the sump due to syphon issues which I am fine with. But the run from the ATO container to my main tank is about 60". Will the supplied pump be able to push water that far?

2. Is it possible to do something similar to what JBJ does with their option B on their unit? That being where one sensor is placed in a position to monitor the water level in the tank/sump and the other to monitor the ATO reservoir. If the reservoir sensor shows empty then the pump doesn't start.

3. Is it possible to have more than 2 sensors on the unit?

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

1) No problem, it can pump up 108"

2) The pump shuts off after 10 minutes if a fill is not registered and the pump can run dry, there is no need for such a system.

3) No, if you have other concerns we have different controllers to address them. For example set 8555 RO water controller allows you to automatically refill your reservoir from an RO unit. Set 7607/2 is a safety shut off in case of a tank overflow or run dry situation.

Thank you sir!

Follow up to question 2. Is there a way to adjust that timer?

Once again let me say what fantastic products and support Tunze has!

Got it. Thank you.

So if it fires multiple times (say I am gone for a few days and I run out of ATO water) it won't cause a problem for the pump to run dry?
