Alright, it keeps pumping in water when its level. I think something is either up with the box or the sensor. I've cleaned the sensor, so it's not it being dirty. What should I do now?

mine did that when I had it too close to the skimmer and it was getting mircobubbles on it causing the sensor to "think" it was no longer in water.

Try moving it somwhere where no microbubbles can get to it. I have mine above my return pump so any bubbles get sucked into it.

The controller is probably just over 1 year. The controller has worked fine until about the last month. The sensor is in the last compartment in with the return, baffles are there preventing microbubbles, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Thoughts?

The sensor may be dying, it may have a small pinhole leak where some water has entered the electronics or the infared LED has lost intensity and no longer reads accurately. Send it in.
