After a recent power outage of 4 days, I was awoken by the osmolater high water alarm and it won't shut off.

Can this be fixed? Or do I have to get another?

Thanks in advance

How old is it? Is the float raised? What lights are showing? Only too high or blinking too high and too low.

Roger,
thanks for the response, looks like the control box is shot. it is red and blinking on low which means, according to the manual that the PCM got mositure. i took it apart and used compressed air to clean, and have it drying now. the manual says that a qualified tech needs to service it. probably need to get a replacement. can i get it from you? if so, please PM me the details.

appreiciate it!!

If it did get wet, the only repair is to replace it. If you are sure it has water damage we can procede with getting you a new one, but if you think it may be anything else, it would be worth sending it in to look at, it may be repairable. Typically water damage will leave a white or greenish crust around electronics.

need to replace, when i took it apart there was alot of white, (what i thought was salt creep).
can you help with the replacement?
