Osmollator 3155 ATO Eye failing

The unit has been working great for 3 years. Now when it detects low water it fills until the overflow sensor is activated. I have cleaned it several times and it seems like it is going to work but within a day it goes back to the same issue. Can the eye be calibrated or is it time for replacement. Thanks

On new units, their is a calibration, on older units (before 2011) this will either be caused by a bad optic sensor or capacitor. It is likely repairable and I would send it in. Include a note with return address and phone number-
