OT: Anyone that has a kind heart...

We all just got word about Bryan (JBMynes) pets... This is awful and I can't believe someone would do this... I am going to be donating as soon as I am able to...

"SO after 2 days of searching for my dogs we found them.

I got a phone call that some one had seen my dogs walking down a dark back road, this guy meet me at a local store and we drove 90 miles per hour to where he had seen them. We stopped our cars and yelled for them, another car pulled up and aske if we were looking for 2 dogs and that they were laying in the middle of the street. I jumped out and screamed and Nya and Muco both tried like hell to come to me.... they picked up their heads and their tails were wagging.... These were our babies.... Imagine seeing a part of your family laying in the street surrounded in blood.... Sam and I scoop them up and get them in the car and with no reguard to any laws I head for the ER Vet as fast as I could..... They take them back and start working on them to get them better..... Then the Vet comes out and tells me that they had severe head trauma from something.... a gun shot, hammer or something... it was not from them getting hit by a car.... I love those dogs and one of the hardest things to do is tell some one to pull the plug on them, but from the damage that was done there was no way to bring them back.... at all....

The worst part about all of it, My dogs were used as bait... for fighting dogs...
Their faces were cut all up and they had bite marks all over them.

Now I need all of your help again. The vet bill was $600. And this close to Christmas I had to call for a loan to pay the bill so that the Vet would put both of them down. We need to help them guys... This was totally uncalled for and at christmas to boot... I feel terrible because I knew these dogs and they were the friendliest pets...

Dude, after becoming friends with you and your family, that crushes me... I loved those dogs and they weren't even mine... I'm feeling for you guys and will do anything I can to help... Just wish there were more I could do.

man.. sorry to hear that, my heart goes out to ya, i love all animals and hearing something like this kills me.. to bad you didnt get the license plate number of the car/truck. i don't see how people can live with out a conscience for whats right or wrong

Reading stories like this, nothing would make me happier than to be thrown in a pit with one of the scumbags that commits an atrocity like this. To fight dogs, is pure chicken**** and morally disgusting.

I am really sorry for your loss. Our pooches are like members of the family as well. To have them go, especially in this manner is unthinkable.

I'm so sorry, I had to put my Dobe down....and lost my shep/dobe to illness......It was probable the hardest thing I had to do besides pulling the plug on my own mother. I feel your pain, brother.

I had to put our dobie down 3 years ago, we got our Muco 2 years after that, It was just always odd to not have 2 dogs so thats why we got him... Nia we had for 7 years she was an amazing dog, and grew up with our kids.... My Son was up every morning getting me out of bed at 6 am to go look for them... I might look like a hard @$$ but trying to tell a 7 year old boy that the dog that he grew up with and loved was even just hit by a car had me balling my eyes out.... That was maybe the hardest part... he took one of the fliers that I had made and cut the picture out and hung it over his bed... he told me that he was not ok with this because now his feet are cold at night because Nia is not there to keep him warm.... I have never in my life seen a 7 year old kid completely depressed... its crushing me even more today....

I don't know how many of you saw my story or my many posts about my 2 loving dogs, they were taken from me on Friday morning, I looked every where for them from the time that vanished untill I found them last night at 10:40pm laying on the side of the road, alive but not well. I took them to the ER Vet and had to have them put to sleep... Not from the car that had hit them but from the head truma that some heartless person inflicted on them, My 2 babies were used as bait dogs for fighting and when the spineless person that took them realized that they were not the vicious killers that they thought they were, they Shot my boy in the head and hit my girl with a hammer or something to try and kill them. They failed. I received a phone call from someone that had seen my recent add where I was looking for them, These people helped me find them. I got to them, they tried to get up and come to me, I scooped them up and put them in my van and rushed them to the vet.

Action 19 News will be at my home at 11:45 am on monday to do a story, it was our last resort, something needs to be done and the loss of my wonderful dogs has put me over the edge... I will do something... And I need all of your help, If you have a bully breed dog bring them to my house, I want as many people as possible to be here for this news story, I want the Meanest looking big cuddly pit bulls that there are around Akron to be here so that the cameras can catch them at their best, playing with each other, having fun and being all around perfect citizens. People need too see how wonderful our little balls of muscle REALLY are, and not what they are made to be in the media.

You guys have me in tears.... I have been up for 3 days trying to do this stuff, and its Killing me.... I just want to thank you ALL for everyting... I have only been on here for 2 months and have only been to 2 meetings, and have only talked to a few people but you all make me feel like I am part of your family..... you guys have no idea how this makes everything just that much better...

Oh my god, I am so so so sorry. That made me really cry, I can't even imagine it to the full extent either.I wish I could send more but being unemployed doesn't help much. I hope the people that did this are killed, slowly and painfully.

I just found out about this. So heartbreaking. I live pretty close to the Akron area, used to live right off of West Market. Whereabouts did this all happen?

I have to say that I never bought the idea that pit bulls are naturally vicious. They are just dogs that have a bad rap because idiots (like the people who stole Nya and Muco) use them as fighting dogs. Mistreat any dog and you will have a time bomb on your hands. Treat them well, like these dogs seemed to be treated, and more often than not you will get sweethearts.
