OT: Anyone with Sprint cell service?

Just wanted to see if anyone in NE Ohio has sprint cell service and wanted to comment on signal/customer service, etc.... I currently have Verizon and want to add another smart phone to my plan. I started looking around and saw that Sprint would save us a bunch of money and give us for services.

I have had Sprint for years and, even though I(home) am in a weaker coverage area, I have been very happy with them. Cust. service has always been good and they have a lot of plans to choose from. Their signal strength is strong in most areas of the country.

I have have had them for about 3 years or more with no complaints. Signal is usually pretty good everywhere I go. The plans are very well priced for what you get vs ATT and Verizon and unlike years ago I have no complaints on customer service.

10 yrs with sprint. good national coverage. no problems with them

I am surprised at the great feedback I am getting here and from other people about Sprint service. I guess I will be switching. Just need November to get here so I can get out of Verizon!

We had Sprint 3 or so years ago and were with them for 2 years. We live in the Akron area and had trouble with dropped calls, miscelaneous things added to the bills that we never added and not very good customer service. But all this could have changed over the past 3 years, we have since been with Altell, which was bought by Verizon which is more expensive than Altell, but still under the old contract since the takeover! Will possibly switch to AT&T in the future..

From what I have heard, Sprint's coverage has improved drastically in the last two years. The manager of the mobile section of BB told me that two or three years ago he wouldn't have recommended Sprint to anyone, but now he has no problem recommending them.
