OT... Can anyone tell me about the Poinciana area??

I live in north/downtown-ish Kissimmee and It's very quiet here.

RULES OF KISSIMMEE:
1. You must speak Spanish (Especially in Poinciana and BVL)
2. Hispanics are the majority at over 51% (Fact!) Refer to rule 1
3. As stated it seems everyone is a gangbanger (or wannabe.) Prepare to fit in (or die trying, LOL)
4. You MUST (and I cant stress this enough) own a 10 year old or later Honda civic or accord and it has to sit 1" off the ground and have EXTREMELY LOUD exhaust. Exhaust MUST be louder than stereo. (No matter how loud you radio is.)
5. Refer to rule 1 (did I mention that???? LOL)
6. You MUST drive 10-15 miles per hour below the speed limit EVERYWHERE!!!

That should cover it......

Don't take me as a racist. These are just common (and funny) observations I see daily.

You aren't a racist. Anyone who reads common packaging these days would agree that Spanish is a very common language in the USA.

As for the exhaust, a BIG Dodge Ram with a Cummins Diesel ought to take care of those little thumpin cars!! Especially one like my old truck that had some "extra modifications" done to it. You rev the throttle and black smoke just poured out of the 6" exhaust pipe in the rear!!! It turned a common intersection into a war-zone!!
