OT: Carpentry/build skills needed

I know there are some people here who are very talented and might not mind a small side job. I have a unique and small build project for the inside of my house which is essentially fabricating an indoor rail/fence, yet it needs to look professional and at least similar to the woodwork and molding we already have. We're in Cleveland Heights and I am free most mornings during the week (not Wednesday) for someone to come by and take a look at the project/give us an estimate.
