OT: Contractor questions

I am planning on adding an additional space to my shop and was wondering if you contractors out there could give me a guestimated price that it would cost me to do something like this. The building I have currently is 27' by 90'. Want to add an additional building about 30' by 90'. Cinderblocks, and a roof. Some windows, and a front to the store. What would the cost be roughly for this type of project? Just getting some ideas together, so haven't called a building contractor yet. Was wondering if anyone on here could give me a general price range, Kreeger???

just a open 2700 sqf room? is there pluming, interior walls finished flooring?

Cement flooring don't know if that is considered finish or not . Yes plumbing and a bathroom up to code. And 2 options, 1 with interior walls, the other no. I would assume electricity as well.

Thats pretty tough to guesstimate... Need to have some plans thought out on exactly what you are looking for. Hit me up I would be glad to come take a look at it for you and give you some ideas.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for but my freind and i do electrical and also do HVAC on the side at very reasonable prices.
