In the video they say they have been trying to get a response and the FBI has not done anything wth the case for 2 years, so they're looking for answers.

In 2005, the FBI raided this software company in the Springs and said they were looking for financial documents. Instead of taking the fin docs, they took developer documentation and notes, source code, imaged all the hard disks and left the fin docs in the building. So, it looks like they were stealing the software. And, ironically, the software was going to be a replacement for the failed Virtual Case File that costs taxpayers a couple hundred million dollars. And, the story never got on the news. With a 20+ agent raid in this town, how did it not make the news? And, they have video footage of the feds in their building.
