Of course there is a catch...there's always a catch...
I flooded our house two weeks ago, and this couch got wet (with clean water). I'm pretty sure that it's dried out and is ok - it doesn't seem to be smelling funky or anything, but it's in our garage, so I'm not 100% sure that it's fine. This thing cost us $1265 new. It's a Decoro, grey italian leather. Unbelievably comfortable - you'll never want to get up from it. Insurance covered it, so we'll be replacing it.
We want it out of the garage ASAP - MUST be gone by this weekend, no later. If nobody wants it, I'll put it on Craigslist - I just thought I'd let the nice folks of GIRS have a shot at it first.
