OT: garage door repair

Does anybody know of a good, honest handyman or service that can fix a broken spring on a garage door and possibly replace an opener? We are trying to get ours fixed and having no luck. I called several places and they either wanted to give an estimate on the phone (not in writing = not worth anything) or charge me for an estimate. We had an appointment with Sears repair service today because I thought they would be reliable but, they didn't show up.

I've always used the "Overhead Door Company", they've always done me right. Not sure if they have any offices in Tampa though...
