OT - good auto repair guy

Anyone have any suggestions for an auto repair place that does a good job with Hondas? I need to get a tuneup and the dude I have worked with for several years has kind-of gone down hill.

i know a honda specialist jack....but im not sure what shop he works at since we usually just drop our car off at his house

it may be a little drive for you Jack but Hobbs and sons garage on Mt Juliet Rd is the best shop I have ever dealt with.

We use a guy who has dealt only in Hondas and Acuras for 20 years out of his home. He was in Spring hill and recently moved to Columbia but to save hundreds over the dealer on tune ups and out of warrenty items is worth the drive for us. We have had LOTS and LOTS of troubles out of my CRV and he is amazing with how much more knowledgable and better he is than the dealers mechanics. He even had to call them to walk them through a repair they tried to fix once and got wronge that was still under warrenty. They all know him and respect his work at the local dealer. If its something under warrenty he lets us know so he isn't ripping us off also so I trust him to not burn you because he can.

My brother has a Honda Pilot, & he found a place off Waldron rd. in Lavergne. It's called Persission Autoworks I think. They specialise in Hondas. He lives in Atlanta , but said he liked there service so much he planed to have his matinance done there when he was here visiting. I have not beed there so I can't say myself.
