I'm looking for something like this. Runs between 215k-260k+ depending on the area. I want something newer and I like the entry on these. Do these type house have a "specific" name for the style?

They have the nickname of "over 400K" when they are located in the west county area, and "over 250" when not located between 40&44. That's about as much as I can tell you.
