ot ipod shuffle

anyone know how to fix this been trying to find apples number to get it fixed (had this since december )

this is my daughters

deleted software and than was installing upgrade and gave me an error (now i can do anything with it)(flash memoery on this)

Have you just tried re-installing the firmware? Otherwise there's an Apple store at the Galleria....

If you hold the center button and play it will reset. If this doesn't work, you got me.

Bring it to the iPod store. They try to diagnose it there. If it's something simple, they can fix it, but they actually arent' equiped to open it up. If it's mechanical instead of software, they have to send it in. They take appointments to bring it in....much better than waiting in that mob of people that's always there!

There is a store at West County mall too... my ipod was messed up a year or so ago, brought it in and they couldnt fix it. they just handed me a brand new one on the spot because it was under the year warranty... but like Amy83820 said, make an appointment first, it really is a pain to wait in line. or you can go when they first open, usually no line. hope it ends up working out for ya!
