OT: IT Professionals Need Help Purchasing XP Pro OEM

Can anyone purchase OEM Windows XP Pro licenses? I need about 30. I used to get them from Newegg, but they don't carry them anymore. I tried signing up as a Microsoft Partner to buy licenses direct from them, but I'm stuck at a Registered partner, and I think you need to be a Gold Partner to buy direct from them?

I'm not interested in Vista or Windows 7.

I sell these systems so they need to be completely legit.

Any ideas?
