OT: Looking for a Web Developer

I'm looking for someone that can build a website and a very simple database that allows for the bidirectional transfer and storage of information with a limited number of vendors.

Basically, I want a site that allows certain users to login, download certain information and upload or manually input certain information. I know this is a bit ambiguous and I'm willing to provide specifics offline. Please contact me via PM if you are interested.

Drop box won't work for this. We are trying to build more of a real time interface.

As far as PT is concerned, I'm still waiting for the docs to give me the OK. They're still not entirely sure what is wrong and they don't want me to risk any additional damage to my shoulder until they have a solid diagnosis. I go for some tests later in the month that should move things along.
