When i went to set us to ready and open our draft room it gave me an error for our draft time, and today is greyed out, only had the option of tomorrow and forward...

illal, i have, and i have been a commissioner of a league the last 3 years, and i just did a draft 2 days ago and it worked fine.

Do we have to do anything as managers in order to prepare for the draft?

kromix. i say, if possible, recreate the league, reinvite and try to set the draft for 3 pm today... again if possible

We could try that two, it couldn't hurt but everyone would probably need to be here.

with as many changes to the draft date the dropping of teams the not sending teams invites the setting one date for the draft then talking about a diff date lol im wondering has anyone on here ever played ff

mrx, under edit team settings you have to set it to share your email. That may be what caused some of the confussion.
