I've got an off-topic question--maybe some of you'll have an idea for me.
I've got some rot on the eves of my house. Previous owner never cleaned gutters and when I bought the house I ended up replacing them.
Now, this spring or summer I'm going to do some painting and I figure this is the best time to fix this problem. I'm just not sure how to access it. Right below this are the powerlines to my house.

Any ideas? I've thought about borrowing a fiberglass ladder, but I still don't like the idea of being so close. I could rent a one of those bucket machines w/ the big boom, but that's gonna be pricey.
I can't wait to get outside and get my house fixed up
Thanks,
Jason
