OT: Site is not very active

I've noticed the number of posts had declined quite a bit lately.
Anyone have ideas why?

Not seeing much from Ted and Peter. People get busy though and I only frequent the Reef Fishes and FOWLR sections.

If you think reef central is bad N-R has been a ghost town. RIP Reef tank hobby in the summer. Only the truely addicted make it through the whole summer posting about their fish tank rather than going on trips to the beach

I go on vacation and still post about fish and buy stuff for my tank. I guess too many are wishy washy with this hobby. I AM ADDICTED...

Activity historically slows down once spring hits. Posts sometimes spike when schools start letting out, and level off again through the summer.

I believe that when I am not buying things for the tank that I am doing a good job. When my tank is running well, I just feed and occasionally change some water and filter stuff. And when my tank is running well, not too much to post about.

That is why the lounge is fun, gives me things to post about.

LFS think the summer is barren as their level of traffic is almost nonexistent.

Ha ha, yea 5 or 6 of them that I didn't bother to QT but of course I'm going to upgrade to a 600 gallon in a few months :blown:

I just found my blonde Naso in the overflow. It has been missing since Oct 9th. 7 months in a itty bitty overflow. Take that!

:lol: This is exactly my case. The tank is full. The fish are doing great. QT has been empty for months. Nothing really else to report
